JOPLIN CUSTOMERS
If you are a local customer to Joplin:
We will continue to offer limited services at our offsite Joplin location. Please contact us directly to arrange drop off.
Items will include many of the following items:
Toyota climate controls
Ford trailer brake modules
Chevy / GMC / Buick instrument clusters (1999-2007)
Ford Crown Vic instrument clusters and climate controls
Ford Super Duty instrument clusters (2002-2007)
Some items will continue to ship to Joplin for repair. If you purchase a shipping label, we will direct your package based on your location and the type of part being repaired.
Drop Your Item Off:
Same day service is available
for an additional $50
All other items will be ready
for pick up the next business day
We are currently transitioning from our current office in Joplin, Missouri to our new office in Valparaiso, Florida.
Please contact us to arrange drop off at either location.
Option 1: Pay After You Ship
- Package your item with plenty of paper or bubble wrap so that it is not damaged during shipping
- Include the Customer Information Form
- Ship it
- We will repair it
- We will call for credit card payment
- We ship it back to you
Option 2: Pay Before You Ship
- Select the item from our online store that you need repaired
- Pay via credit card or PayPal on our website
- Package your item with bubble wrap and paper so that it will not be damaged during shipping
- Include the Customer Information Form
- Ship to Auto Tech Rescue
- We will repair the item and update you via email with a tracking once it is finished
