REPAIR WARRANTY:
- Our repairs are covered by our five-year or lifetime warranty, depending on the product repaired.
- If you are not satisfied with your repair or the item is still showing signs of fault after repairs are made, we will offer a corrected repair service with free return shipping back if it is determined a repair was necessary.
- We do not cover any labor fees for installation or removal of the item repaired.
- Our warranty sticker must stay intact in order to honor our warranty. If removed, the warranty will then be void. If the item has been tampered with which has caused damage or the vehicle has been involved in a flood/fire, we will not be able to honor our warranty in those instances.
- If you send in an item with a voided warranty, you will be billed for a secondary repair or postage/freight charges on return shipping.
- Refunds will not be issued on labor performed.
- If an item is sent in for repair and is inspected, but not repaired, no fee is incurred. We do not charge for inspections. However, return shipping will be billed.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. This warranty is limited by the lifespan of the product or system in which it is being installed (i.e. when an automobile reaches the end of its useful life, a rebuilt instrument cluster cannot be transplanted into a replacement vehicle with continuous warranty coverage).
REFURBISHED PARTS WARRANTY:
Our refurbished items sold with core returns all include either a five-year or lifetime warranty. Please ensure that the warranty sticker stays intact. If at any time during the warranty period the item becomes faulty, it will either be repaired or replaced depending on availability. Normal wear of the item that would cause an error to occur will be covered by our warranty.
Exclusions: If the item has been damaged either directly or indirectly due to other work performed on the vehicle, the warranty will be void. If the item is damaged by water (flood), other liquids, or fire, the warranty will be void. If our warranty sticker has been removed, the warranty will also be void.
