This is a repair service to your 1999-2003 Ford F150 instrument cluster, also known as the speedometer, gauge cluster, or dash cluster. We offer a thorough repair and a five-year warranty. With this service, we will repair issues with a dead or dim odometer display as well as resolve issues with power loss. We also offer replacement lighting or upgrade to LED.

Warranty Information
Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a 5-year warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty cannot be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.
Shipping Your Cluster
SHIPPING:
Ship your cluster to us along with our customer information form. Items are repaired in the order in which they are received.
FRONT OF THE LINE: Choose the Front of the Line option for a faster repair. With this, your cluster will jump the line upon arrival.
DROP OFF OPTION:
You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location. Please contact us to schedule your drop off.
Same day service is available for an additional $50 if dropped off before noon.

Q: Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No. Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.
Q: How do I send in a cluster for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my truck while the cluster is removed?
A: Most Ford vehicles cannot be driven without the cluster installed. Please check with your mechanic to verify.
