Warranty Information
Our climate controls are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a lifetime warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the temperature control at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.
Shipping Your Climate Control
oSHIPPING:
Ship your cluster to us along with our customer information form. Our shipping address is located at the bottom of the form.
Repairs will be made the day the item is received and shipped out the next day. Expedited shipping is available as well.
DROP OFF OPTION:
You may drop your climate control off for repair at our facility. Please contact us to arrange drop off. Same day service is available for an additional $50 if dropped off before noon.

Q: Will the climate control have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No. There is no programming required.
Q: How do I send in a climate control for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the climate control to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my vehicle while the climate control is removed?
A: Yes.
