Description

Ford Super Duty Instrument Cluster Repair

While Ford is “built strong,” it does have its few minor flaws in the instrument cluster design.  Are you experiencing issues with a dead or intermittent dash cluster in your 2002, 2003, or 2004 Ford F250, F350, F450, or F550?  We have customers daily contact us about this annoying problem that occurs in most Ford super duty trucks.  Not all clusters have the same problems.  Some will have gauges not working properly while others will have a complete power failure.  We can repair these issues with just a one day turn around and include a lifetime warranty with our repair.

Repair Description

This repair service includes correcting intermittent power to the instrument cluster and the gauges as well as power loss to the interior lights, radio, and door switches.  We will also replace the backlights on your cluster that have burnt out or replace them with LED upgraded lights if requested.

With this purchase, you will need to ship in your faulty gauge cluster for repair by boxing it up and sending it to our repair facility.  Upon receipt, we will perform the necessary repairs and ship it out the following day.  Shipping options are available on our checkout page.

We also offer a replacement lens if yours has been damaged.

Upgrades

We can offer an LED upgrade to your instrument cluster while it is here for repairs.

LED lights have a longer lifespan and run much cooler than normal incandescent lights.  We have a variety of colors to choose from and use broad range lights that will not leave dark spaces on the cluster.  Though you may choose any color of lights, they will shine through a green filter on your faceplate.  If you would like a brighter light, we recommend the white or ice blue.  If you drive often at night and would like a dimmer light, the red works well for that option.

Warranty Information

Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials.  We stand behind our work place a lifetime warranty on the repairs performed.  A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair.  If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void.  Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.
