This is a repair service to your instrument cluster
Correct issues with the following problems:

This repair will work on 2002, 2003, 2004, and 2005 Ford Excursion trucks.
SHIPPING / DROP OFF
SHIPPING: After purchasing your repair service, ship your instrument cluster along with a completed customer information form to our facility. Our shipping address and customer form can be located on our Instructions page. Items are repaired in the order in which they are received.
FRONT OF THE LINE: Jump the line for a faster service. For an additional $50, we will move your instrument cluster to the front of the line upon arrival for an expedited service.
DROP OFF: Local customers can choose to drop off the cluster in person. Please contact us to arrange your drop off. Same day service can be arranged for an additional $50 as well.

Warranty Information
Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a 5-year warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.

Q: Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No. Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.
Q: How do I send in a cluster for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my truck while the cluster is removed?
A: No. The truck will need to stay parked while the cluster is removed from the vehicle for repairs.
