Dodge Ram Instrument Cluster Repair
This is a repair service to your 2003-2006 Dodge Ram gas or diesel instrument cluster. This will correct issues with dim or dead LCD odometer and PRNDL displays as well as backlighting or power loss on your 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006 Dodge Ram pickup gauge cluster. Because this is a repair service to your original cluster, there is no programming necessary. Once you receive the repaired speedometer panel, you will be able to plug it in and use without any trips to the dealership. Don’t buy another problem. Let us fix the problem!
Repair Description
This repair includes repair to the circuit board that may cause the following issues:
- Dim or dead odometer display
- Intermittent or faulty gauges
- Backlight issues
Repairs may take longer or there may be extra fees if you have attempted to repair the cluster prior to sending it in and have caused any additional damage to the circuit board.
Additional items: Replacement components such as gauge stops are available upon request for an additional fee.
We do not repair problems with no communication to the cluster or battery drains. If you have a message on the screen stating “No bus,” we recommend checking other components in the truck such as the computers and TIPM.
LED Upgrade
Green LED: Will show up as green backlight
Blue LED: Will show up as blue backlight
White LED: Will show up as ice blue backlight
Incandescent (original OEM): Will show up as teal green
Warranty Information
Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a lifetime warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.

SHIPPING:
Ship your cluster to us along with our customer information form. Our shipping address is located at the bottom of the form.
Repairs are made in a first in first out fashion. You may choose to jump the line for a faster turnaround. Expedited shipping is available upon request as well.
DROP OFF OPTION:
You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location 5394 Hwy 43 Joplin, MO 64804 between the hours of 9:00-5:00 M-F
All items dropped off will be ready with one to two days for pick up. Same day service is available for an additional $50 if dropped off before noon. Same day services must be scheduled in advance.

Q: Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No. Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.
Q: How do I send in a cluster for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
