Description

Ford F150 Instrument Cluster Repair

This is a repair service to your 2004-2008 Ford F150 instrument cluster, also known as the speedometer, gauge cluster, or dash cluster.  With this service, we will repair issues with a dim or dead odometer display, intermittent or complete power loss, individual gauges not working properly, as well as a brake light staying illuminated on the cluster.  See our instructions below for sending in or dropping off your cluster for repair.

Power loss / Intermittent power

Warranty Information

Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials.  We stand behind our work place a five year warranty on the repairs performed.  A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair.  If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void.  Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.  

Shipping Your Cluster

SHIPPING:
Ship your cluster to us along with our customer information form.  Our shipping address is located at the bottom of the form.

DROP OFF OPTION:

You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location next to 43 Auto: 5394 Hwy 43 Joplin, MO 64804 between the hours of 9:00-5:00 M-F
All items dropped off will be ready the following day for pick up.  Same day service is available for an additional $50 if dropped off before noon.


 


Frequenty Asked Questions

Q:  Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?  

A:  No.  Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.  

Q:  How long will it take for me to get me cluster back?  

A:  Repairs have a one to four day turn around.  Transit times are typically 2-3 days each way, so you can plan on about a week total.  

Q:  How do I send in a cluster for repair?  

A:  Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website.  Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site.  This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.

Q:  When do I pay for the repair?

A:  You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.  

Q:  Can I drive my truck while the cluster is removed?  

A:  Most Ford trucks cannot be driven without the cluster installed.  Please check with your mechanic to verify.
