This repair service is for a number of Chevy and GM automatic climate controls. Issues corrected by this repair will include faulty control knobs. For example, you might turn the heat up and the numbers may go down instead of up or you may get inconsistent results when attempting to adjust either control knob.
With this repair we will also replace all of the back lights for the unit as well. We can also replace with long-lasting LED lights that will keep your climate control in sight for years to come.
Shipping / Drop Off
SHIPPING: Ship your climate control to us for repair along with a customer information form located on our Instructions page. Items are repaired in the order in which they are received.
FRONT OF THE LINE: Jump the line for a faster service for an additional $50.
DROP OFF: You may drop off your climate control for repair at our facility. Please contact us to arrange drop off. Same day service is available for an additional $50.
Warranty Information
We stand behind our work place a five-year warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the climate control at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.

Q: Is there any programming necessary when I receive the unit back?
A: No. No programming is necessary. It is plug and play.
Q: How do I send in a unit for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the climate control in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my truck while the climate control is removed?
A: Absolutely!
