You will need to ship your cluster in or drop it off for repair. If shipping, wrap the cluster in bubble wrap and box it up. Include our customer information form and mail it in via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You may choose to prepay for this service or pay once the repairs are completed.

Warranty Information
Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a five-year warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty cannot be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.

Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my vehicle while the cluster is removed?
A: No. The car will need to stay parked while the cluster is removed from the vehicle for repairs.
