Repair Description
This is a repair service to your instrument cluster. You will ship the cluster in to our facility for repair to the circuit board that will correct issues with a faulty digital odometer display.
After purchase of your repair service, please see the Instructions page for guidance on sending in the cluster for repair. This item will ship to our Florida location for repair services.
Warranty Information
Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a five-year warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.
Shipping Your Cluster
Q: Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No. Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.
Q: How do I send in a cluster for repair?
A: Purchase the reapir service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my vehicle while the cluster is removed?
A: While we cannot recommend it, most GM/Chevy trucks can be driven without the cluster installed.
