Repair Description
This is a repair service to your faulty Chevy or GMC radio.
Corrects issues with:
- Loss of radio display
- Intermittent power to the radio
- No power to the radio
Over time, Chevy Silverado trucks as well as other Chevy and GMC vehicles may develop an issue with an intermittent display screen or a complete loss to the display and some functions of the radio itself. Here at Auto Tech Rescue, we can correct those issues with a one to two day turn around.
Though replacement options are available, it is best to repair your current radio to prevent additional costs of programming that may be required if you replace the radio.

Warranty Information
Our repairs come with a lifetime warranty and guarantee to correct your faulty display. Radios are tested before and after repairs are made to assure the display is in good working order before it is returned to your vehicle.
Exceptions:
If you have attempted repair yourself, we may not be able to place our full lifetime warranty on the unit. Once repairs are made, a warranty sticker will be placed on radio. If the sticker is removed, the warranty will then be void. Radios involved in flood or fire may also lose their warranty.
Shipping Your Radio
SHIPPING:
Ship your cluster to us along with our customer information form. Our shipping address is located at the bottom of the form.
Repairs will be made the day the item is received and shipped out the next day. Expedited shipping is available as well.
DROP OFF OPTION:
You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location next to 43 Auto: 5394 Hwy 43 Joplin, MO 64804 between the hours of 8:00-5:00 M-F
All items dropped off will be ready the following day for pick up. Same day service is available for an additional $20 if dropped off before noon.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will the radio have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No. Because we are repairing your radio and not replacing it, there is no programming required.
Q: How long will it take for me to get me radio back?
A: Repairs have a one day turn around. Transit times are typically 2-3 days each way, so you can plan on about a week total.
Q: How do I send in a radio for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the radio to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the radio in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my truck while the radio is removed?
A: Yes!
