GMC Acadia Instrument Cluster Repair

We offer a repair service to 2007-2016 GMC Acadia instrument clusters, also called speedometer, dash cluster, or gauge cluster.  Acadia clusters have a known issue with the lighting for the instrument panel.  This problem can be limited to the gauge pointers alone or can extend into the backlights for the remainder of the cluster as well.  This can cause issues seeing the gauges on the cluster while driving.  If you are experiencing these issues with your cluster, contact Auto Tech Rescue for your repair needs.

Prior Repair Attempt:  If someone has attempted repair and damaged the circuit board or caused calibration issues, you will be charged a cleanup/calibration fee.  This typically ranges between $20-35.  

Warranty Information

Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials.  We stand behind our work place a five-year warranty on the repairs performed.  A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair.  If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void.  Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.

SHIPPING:
Ship your cluster to us along with our customer information form.  Our shipping address is located at the bottom of the form.

DROP OFF OPTION:

You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location next to 43 Auto: 5394 Hwy 43 Joplin, MO 64804 between the hours of 9:00-5:00 M-F
All items dropped off will be ready the following day for pick up.  

EXPEDITED SERVICE:  Same day service is available for an additional $50 if dropped off before noon.

 

Frequenty Asked Questions

Q:  Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?  

A:  No.  Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.  

Q:  How do I send in a cluster for repair?  

A:  Purchase the reapir service you are requesting on our website.  Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site.  This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.

Q:  When do I pay for the repair?

A:  You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.  

Q:  Can I drive my truck while the cluster is removed?  

A:  While we cannot recommend it, most GM/Chevy trucks can be driven without the cluster installed.
