2009-2010 Ford F150 Instrument Cluster Repair

This is a repair service to your 2009-2010 Ford F150 instrument cluster, also known as the speedometer, gauge cluster, or dash cluster.   With this service, we will repair issues with power loss or intermittent power to the gauge cluster.  This can affect your lights, gauges, and display on the instrument cluster.  See our instructions below for sending in or dropping off your cluster for repair.

Warranty Information

Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials.  We stand behind our work place a five year warranty on the repairs performed.  A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair.  If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void.  Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.

Q:  Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?  

A:  No.  Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.  

Q:  How do I send in a cluster for repair?  

A:  Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website.  Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site.  This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.

Q:  When do I pay for the repair?

A:  You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.  

Q:  Can I drive my truck while the cluster is removed?  

A:  Most Ford vehicles cannot be driven without the cluster installed.  Please check with your mechanic to verify.
