Warranty Information
Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a lifetime warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.
Shipping Your Cluster
SHIPPING:
Ship your cluster to us along with our customer information form. Our shipping address is located at the bottom of the form.
DROP OFF OPTION:
You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location next 43 Auto: 5394 Hwy 43 Joplin, MO 64804 between the hours of 9:00-5:00 M-F
All items dropped off will be ready the following day for pick up. Same day service is available for an additional $50 if dropped off before noon. Scheduling required on same day service.
Frequenty Asked Questions
Q: Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No. Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.
Q: How long will it take for me to get me cluster back?
A: Repairs normally have a three to four day turn around. Transit times are typically 2-3 days each way, so you can plan on about a week to week and a half total.
Q: How do I send in a cluster for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my truck while the cluster is removed?
A: Many Ford vehicles cannot be driven without the cluster installed. You will need to ask your mechanic. However, the easiest way may be to remove the cluster see if your vehicle starts without it. We do not recommend driving your vehicle without an instrument cluster installed.
