Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?

A:  No.  Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.

Q:  How long will it take for me to get me cluster back?

A:  Repairs have a 2-3 day turn around.  Transit times are typically 2-3 days each way, so you can plan on about a week to week and a half total.

Q:  How do I send in a cluster for repair?

A:  Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website.  Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site.  This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.

Q:  When do I pay for the repair?

A:  You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.

Q:  Can I drive my truck while the cluster is removed?

A:  While we cannot recommend it, most GM/Chevy vehicles can be driven without the cluster installed.
