Chevy and GM instrument clusters have a long history of having issues with the instrument cluster.  While some may just have a problem with the digital odometer display and PRNDL display, others will develop gauges that stop working, gauges that peg out or become stuck, power loss, burnt out lights, and display issues.  We can repair all of these problems.  You will find a customer information form under our instructions tab that you can complete and send in with the cluster for repair.  On this, please list the type of repair you prefer and any upgrades you would like to add.  These options are available for purchase prior to sending in the cluster as well.  If you prepay, you can choose a specific repair, shipping options and upgrade options.  Payments may be made via PayPal or credit card.

How It Works

Frequenty Asked Questions

Q:  Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?

A:  No.  Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.

Q:  How long will it take for me to get me cluster back?

A:  Repairs have a two to three day turn around.  Transit times are typically 2-3 days each way, so you can plan on about a week total.

Q:  How do I send in a cluster for repair?

A:  Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website.  Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site.  This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.

Q:  When do I pay for the repair?

A:  You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.

Q:  Can I drive my truck while the cluster is removed?

A:  While we cannot recommend it, most GM/Chevy trucks can be driven without the cluster installed.
