Shipping / Drop Off

Ship your instrument cluster along with our customer information form which can be found on the Instructions page.  Items are repaired in the order in which they are received. 

FRONT OF THE LINE:  You may jump the line with a Front of the Line service.  This runs an additional $50 and will expedite the repair. 

LOCAL DROP OFF:  You may drop the instrument cluster off at our facility.  Please contact us to schedule a drop off.  

Warranty Information

Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials.  We stand behind our work place a five-year warranty on the repairs performed.  A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair.  If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void.  Warranty cannot be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.

Q:  Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?  

A:  No.  Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.  

Q:  How do I send in a cluster for repair?  

A:  Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website.  Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site.  This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.

Q:  When do I pay for the repair?

A:  You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.  

Q:  Can I drive my vehicle while the cluster is removed?  

A:  Most Dodge/Chrysler products will not run without a cluster installed.
