Repair Description
We service 2006-2011 Ford Crown Victoria, Crown Vic police package, and Mercury Grand Marquis instrument clusters. Our repair includes restoration of a dim or dead odometer display as well as intermittent and complete power loss to the entire gauge cluster. Once repairs are performed, the cluster will be ready to reinstall without any programming necessary. The odometer reading will be accurate for the vehicle as this information is stored in the cluster itself.
We offer a one day turn around for this service so that you are not without your vehicle any longer than you need to be. This service also comes with a lifetime warranty on the repairs performed.
REPLACEMENT OPTION: If you are unable to wait on a repair, we do keep refurbished clusters in stock at all times and offer these with a core exchange as well.
Warranty Information
Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a lifetime warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.
Shipping Your Cluster
SHIPPING:
Ship your cluster to us along with our customer information form. Our shipping address is located at the bottom of the form.
Repairs will be made the day the item is received and shipped out the next day. Expedited shipping is available as well.
DROP OFF OPTION:
You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location at 5394 Hwy 43 Joplin, MO 64804 between the hours of 9:00-5:00 M-F
All items dropped off will be ready the following day for pick up. Same day service is available for an additional $20 if dropped off before noon.

Q: Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No. Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.
Q: How long will it take for me to get me cluster back?
A: Repairs have a one day turn around. Transit times are typically 2-3 days each way, so you can plan on about a week total.
Q: How do I send in a cluster for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my car while the cluster is removed?
A: No. The vehicle cannot be driven without an instrument cluster installed.
