A variety of Ford trucks and SUVs experience a problem with the display on the overhead message center for the compass and outside temperature. This problem can develop over time and cause the display to go dim and eventually fade all the way out. Auto Tech Rescue offers a repair service for this part with a one day turn around.

Warranty Information
Our modules are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a lifetime warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the module at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.
Shipping Your Part
SHIPPING:
Ship your module to us along with our customer information form. Our shipping address is located at the bottom of the form.
Repairs will be made the day the item is received and shipped out the next day. Expedited shipping is available as well.
DROP OFF OPTION:
You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location next to 43 Auto: 5394 Hwy 43 Joplin, MO 64804 between the hours of 9:00-5:00 M-F
All items dropped off will be ready the following day for pick up.
EXPEDITED SERVICE: Same day service is available for an additional $20 if dropped off before noon.

Q: Will the module have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No. There is no programming required.
Q: How long will it take for me to get me part back?
A: Repairs have a one day turn around. Transit times are typically 2-3 days each way, so you can plan on about a week total.
Q: How do I send in a compass in for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the module in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my truck while the module is removed?
A: Yes.
