Q: Will the module have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No. Because we are repairing your module and not replacing it, there is no programming required.
Q: How long will it take for me to get me module back?
A: Repairs have a one to two day turn around. Transit times are typically 2-3 days each way, so you can plan on about a week total.
Q: How do I send in a module for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the module to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the module in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my truck while the module is removed?
A: Most vehicles can be driven with the module removed if done properly. However, we recommend checking with your mechanic before doing this or just park the truck for a few days to be on the safe side.
