Description

Ford Fusebox Repair

This is a repair service to your existing fuse box on your Ford Expedition, Navigator, Excursion, or F250-F550 truck.  This repair will correct issues with faults in the fuse box related to the fuel pump, no-fuel/no-start issues.  This fuse box is located in the kick panel on the driver’s side of the vehicle under the windshield post.

Warranty Information

Our modules are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials.  We stand behind our work place a five-year warranty on the repairs performed.  A warranty sticker is placed on the module at the time of repair.  If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void.  Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood or fire.  Warranty stays with original purchaser.  

Shipping Your Module for Repair

SHIPPING:
Ship your module to us along with our customer information form.  Our shipping address is located at the bottom of the form.

Repairs will be made the day the item is received and shipped out within one to two business days. Expedited shipping is available as well.

DROP OFF OPTION:

You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location next to 43 Auto: 5394 Hwy 43 Joplin, MO 64804 between the hours of 9:00-5:00 M-F
All items dropped off will be ready the following day for pick up.  Same day service is available for an additional $20 if dropped off before noon.


Frequenty Asked Questions

Q:  Will the module have to be programmed when it is returned to me?  

A:  No.  Because we are repairing your module and not replacing it, there is no programming required.  

Q:  How long will it take for me to get me module back?  

A:  Repairs have a one to two day turn around.  Transit times are typically 2-3 days each way, so you can plan on about a week total.  

Q:  How do I send in a module for repair?  

A:  Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website.  Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the module to the address stated on our site.  This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.

Q:  When do I pay for the repair?

A:  You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the module in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.  

Q:  Can I drive my truck while the module is removed?  

A:  Most vehicles can be driven with the module removed if done properly.  However, we recommend checking with your mechanic before doing this or just park the truck for a few days to be on the safe side.
