Ford Taurus Instrument Cluster Repair
This is a repair service to your 2004-2007 Ford Taurus instrument cluster. This will correct issues with a faulty odometer display on your 2004, 2005, 2006, and 2007 Ford Taurus dash cluster or speedometer as well as issues with intermittent power that may affect the gauges and lights on the rest of the panel as well. Because this is a repair service to your original cluster, there is no programming necessary. Once you receive the repaired speedometer panel, you will be able to plug it in and use without any trips to the dealership. Don’t buy another problem. Let us fix the problem!
Repair Description
This repair includes repair to the circuit board that may cause the following issues:
- Dim odometer display
- Dead odometer display
- Power loss to the instrument cluster
- Intermittent power to the gauges and cluster
Warranty Information
Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a lifetime warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.

SHIPPING:
Ship your cluster to us along with our customer information form. Our shipping address is located at the bottom of the form.
Repairs will be made the day the item is received and shipped out the next day. Expedited shipping is available as well.
DROP OFF OPTION:
You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location next to 43 Auto: 5394 Hwy 43 Joplin, MO 64804 between the hours of 9:00-5:00 M-F
All items dropped off will be ready the following day for pick up. Same day service is available for an additional $50 if dropped off before noon.

Q: Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No. Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.
Q: How long will it take for me to get me cluster back?
A: Repairs typically have a three to four day turn around. Transit times are typically 2-3 days each way, so you can plan on about a week total.
Q: How do I send in a cluster for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my truck while the cluster is removed?
A: Unfortunately, you cannot drive this vehicle while the instrument cluster is removed.
