This is a repair service to your 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, or 2005 Lincoln Town Car instrument cluster, which can also be called gauge cluster, dash cluster, or speedometer. This will correct issues with a faulty odometer display as well as issues with intermittent power that may affect the gauges and lights on the rest of the panel as well. Because this is a repair service to your original cluster, there is no programming necessary. Repair Description
This repair includes repair to the circuit board that may cause the following issues:
- Dim odometer display
- Dead odometer display
- Power loss to the instrument cluster
- Intermittent power to the gauges and cluster
Repairs may take longer or there may be extra fees if you have attempted to repair the cluster prior to sending it in and have caused any additional damage to the circuit board.
Warranty Information
Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a five-year warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.
Shipping Your Cluster
SHIPPING:
Ship your cluster to us along with our customer information form. Our shipping address is located at the bottom of the form. Repairs are performed in the order in which the item is received.
FRONT OF THE LINE: Jump the line for a faster turn around. For an additional $50, we will move your cluster to the front of the line upon arrival for an expedited repair.
DROP OFF OPTION:
You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location. Please contact us to arrange drop off. Same day service is available for an additional $50 if dropped off before noon.

Q: Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No. Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.
Q: How do I send in a cluster for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my car while the cluster is removed?
A: Unfortunately, you cannot drive this vehicle while the instrument cluster is removed.
