Are you having trouble with your Mercury Grand Marquis or Ford Crown Victoria gauge cluster?  Common problems include a dim or dead digital odometer display as well as intermittent power issues to the cluster or eventually a complete power loss.  When this happens, you no longer have functionality of your speedometer and other instrument cluster gauges.  By repairing the original cluster, you will keep your current odometer reading and no programming will be required for the cluster once it has been repaired and reinstalled.

Warranty Information

Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials.  We stand behind our work place a five-year warranty on the repairs performed.  A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair.  If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void.  Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.

SHIPPING:
Ship your cluster to us along with our customer information form.  Our shipping address is located at the bottom of the form.  Items are repaired in the order in which they are received.  

FRONT OF THE LINE: 
Jump the line for a faster turn around.  For an additional $50, we will move your instrument cluster to the front of the line upon arrival. 

DROP OFF OPTION:

You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location for repair.  Please contact us to arrange drop off.   Same day service is available for an additional $50 if dropped off before noon

Frequently Asked Questions

Q:  Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?  

A:  No.  Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.  

Q:  How do I send in a cluster for repair?  

A:  Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website.  Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site.  This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.

Q:  When do I pay for the repair?

A:  You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.  

Q:  Can I drive my car while the cluster is removed?  

A:  No.  You will need to park the vehicle while the cluster is being repaired.
