Repair services include:

With this repair service we will correct scrambled display readings, power loss, and any lighting issues you may have with the cluster. This includes the lighting being dim and hard to see at night, intermittent light that may blink off and on, or a cluster with lighting that has gone completely out.
This repair DOES NOT repair a faulty fuel gauge
Warranty Information
Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a five-year warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.

DROP OFF OPTION:
You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location. Please contact us to schedule your drop off.
Same day service is available for an additional $50 if dropped off before noon.

Q: Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No. Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.
Q: How do I send in a cluster for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my truck while the cluster is removed?
A: No. You will need to park your vehicle while the cluster is being repaired.
