This is a repair service to your faulty 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2002 Toyota 4Runner Limited automatic climate control, also known as heater and AC control. With this service, you will ship in your current climate control. We will repair it with a one day turnaround and ship it back.

After purchase of this service, ship in your climate control and we will repair issues with the AC unit including the following:
Faulty control knobs
Burnt out lights
Faulty buttons
Power loss
Warranty Information
Our climate controls are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a lifetime warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.
Shipping Your Climate Control
SHIPPING:
Ship your cluster to us along with our customer information form. Our shipping address is located at the bottom of the form. Repairs are performed in the order in which the item is received.
FRONT OF THE LINE: Jump the line for a faster service. For an additional $50, you can be moved to the front of the line upon arrival to expedite your repair.
DROP OFF OPTION:
You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location. Please contact us to arrange your drop off. Same day service is available for an additional $50 if dropped off before noon.

Q: Will the climate control have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No. There is no programming required.
Q: How do I send in a climate control in for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the heater control to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my truck while the climate control is removed?
A: Yes. While you will not have control over the temperature, air flow, or defrost, you can still drive the truck.
