Toyota Prius Instrument Cluster Repair
This is a repair service to your 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, and 2009 Toyota Prius digital gauge cluster also known as instrument cluster or speedometer. This service will correct issues with faulty display, intermittent power, and the lighting on the instrument cluster. You will need to remove it from the vehicle and ship it to our facility. Once received, we repair the circuit board for the above-stated issues, test the unit, and send it back with our warranty sticker placed on the case.
Please include the case that surrounds the circuit board for your instrument cluster so that it is protected during shipping and can receive our warranty.

Warranty Information
Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a five-year warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.

A: No. Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.
Q: How long will it take for me to get me cluster back?
A: Repairs have a one day turn around. Transit times are typically 2-3 days each way, so you can plan on about a week total.
Q: How do I send in a cluster for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my vehicle while the cluster is removed?
A: No. You will need to park the vehicle while the cluster is out for repair.
