2002-2006 Volvo S80 Instrument Cluster Repair
This is a repair service to your 2002-2006 Volvo S80 instrument cluster, also known as the speedometer, gauge cluster, or dash cluster. We offer a five-year warranty. With this service, we will repair issues with complete power loss or intermittent power loss to the cluster, dim, dead or flickering odometer screen, and burnt out back lights. See our instructions below for sending in or dropping off your cluster for repair.

Warranty Information
Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a five-year warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.
Shipping Your Cluster
SHIPPING:
Ship your cluster to us along with our customer information form. Items shipped in will be completed in the order that they are received.
FRONT OF THE LINE: If you need a faster service, you can select the Front of the Line service. Please notate this on your customer information form as well. This service is an additional $50, but will jump the line when the cluster arrives for repair.
DROP OFF OPTION:
You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location. Please contact us to schedule your drop off.
Same day service is available for an additional $50 if dropped off before noon.

Q: Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No. Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.
Q: How do I send in a cluster for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my vehicles while the cluster is removed?
A: Most vehicles cannot be driven without the cluster installed. Please check with your mechanic to verify.
