Our goal at Auto Tech Rescue is to provide items and services that will correct issues with your vehicle at a cost effective price. We know the dealership prices can be expensive and used parts are not always guaranteed to work. We have rebuilt each of our items and they all come with our warranty. Auto Tech Rescue makes no guarantee of the completeness of accuracy of information offered for troubleshooting assistance and will not be held responsible for the improper diagnosis of components by others.
- If you have received an item and it does not correct the issue with your vehicle, you have 14 days to return it. If you have discovered the issue and need more than the 14 days, please contact us as soon as possible to make arrangements for this. Items returned will incur a 20% restock fee.
- If you have purchased a refurbished item and at any time it stops working within the warranty period, please contact us. We will either replace it or repair it, depending on the availability at the time.
- If you have purchased a repair service and at any time it stops working within the warranty period, please contact us. We will repair it and ship it back with the same warranty.
- If you have purchased a repair service and your item is deemed non-repairable, we will offer to apply the amount you paid for the repair towards the cost of one of our refurbished items in stock at that time. If we do not have inventory available, then we will offer a refund of the amount of the repair.
- Shipping fees for items being returned for testing are the responsibility of the customer.
Limitations:
Auto Tech Rescue is not liable for and hereby excludes any and all indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of services rendered by Auto Tech Rescue. Due to the nature of electronics and circuit board repair, Auto Tech Rescue cannot guarantee components and circuitry unrelated to the specific repair of symptoms covered in the description of services. If it is determined that the failure occurred due to external causes (i.e. faulty wiring, improper installation, failed external components, etc.), any guarantee, written or implied, will be considered null and void. Auto Tech Rescue is released of all liability, without limitation, for loss of profits, use, income, product, production, increased cost of operation, rental vehicle fees, or other loss arising in connection with the use of services rendered by Auto Tech Rescue. In no circumstances will Auto Tech Rescue be held liable or responsible for damages exceeding the total cost of repair paid to Auto Tech Rescue by the customer. Auto Tech Rescue makes no guarantee of the completeness of accuracy of information offered for troubleshooting assistance and will not be held responsible for the improper diagnosis of components by others.
