This is a repair service to your faulty Cadillac cue screen.
Corrects issues with:
- Failed touch screen
- Unable to press buttons, options, or functions
Many Cadillac vehicles are equipped with the Cue screen from the factory. Over time, this screen will lose its functionality, become delaminated and appear bubbled or cracked. We offer a cost effective repair option for this problem. Our repair will require you to remove the display unit from the vehicle and send it to us. Once we receive it, we will remove the faulty display screen and install a new one for you.

Warranty Information
Our repairs come with a five-year warranty and guarantee to correct your faulty display. Displays are tested before and after repairs are made to assure it is in good working order before it is returned to your vehicle.
Exceptions:
If you have attempted repair yourself, we may not be able to place our full warranty on the unit. Once repairs are made, a warranty sticker will be placed on unit. If the sticker is removed, the warranty will then be void. Displays involved in flood or fire will lose their warranty.
Shipping Your Display Unit
SHIPPING:
Ship your part to us along with our customer information form. Our shipping address is located at the bottom of the form.
Repairs will be made the day the item is received and shipped out the next day. Expedited shipping is available as well.
DROP OFF OPTION:
You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location next to 43 Auto: 5394 Hwy 43 Joplin, MO 64804 between the hours of 9:00-5:00 M-F
All items dropped off will be ready the following day for pick up. Same day service is available for an additional $20 if dropped off before noon.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will the unit have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No. Programming is not required. Just install it and start using it again!
Q: How long will it take for me to get my part back?
A: Repairs have a 1-2 day turn around. Transit times are typically 2-3 days each way, so you can plan on about a week total.
Q: How do I send in a display in for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the part to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the display in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my truck while the display is removed?
A: Yes!
