Repair Description
This is a repair service to your 1998-2003 Ford Ranger instrument cluster. When purchasing this, you will send in your gauge cluster for repair to our facility. Upon receipt, we will repair the inoperative analog odometer display and then send the cluster back to you.
Repair Includes:
- Rolling odometer
- Replacement lights
Upgrades
LED Lights: Replacement lights are a good idea for any instrument cluster before reinstall. We offer both an incandescent light replacement as well as an LED upgrade. LED lights will be brighter and run cooler. If your cluster has a green passthrough, we will install a white or green LED light to allow for the color to be more vibrant.
Warranty Information
Our instrument clusters are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a five-year warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the cluster at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood.
Shipping Your Cluster
SHIPPING:
Ship your cluster to us along with our customer information form. Our shipping address is located at the bottom of the form.
Repairs will be made the day the item is received and shipped out the next day. Expedited shipping is available as well.
DROP OFF OPTION:
You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location next to 43 Auto: 5394 Hwy 43 Joplin, MO 64804 between the hours of 9:00-5:00 M-F
All items dropped off will be ready the following day for pick up. Same day service is available for an additional $50 if dropped off before noon.

Q: Will the cluster have to be programmed when it is returned to me?
A: No. Because we are repairing your cluster and not replacing it, there is no programming required.
Q: How long will it take for me to get me cluster back?
A: Start to finish, it usually takes a week to week and a half with shipping times included. Most repairs are completed between 1-4 days, depending on current workload.
Q: How do I send in a cluster for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the cluster in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
Q: Can I drive my truck while the cluster is removed?
A: We do not recommend driving a vehicle without an instrument cluster installed. Some vehicles will operate without the cluster. Please check with your mechanic in regards to your particular vehicle.
