Repairs made to faulty display screen. Once repairs have been made, the climate control will be tested and returned to you for reinstallation.
Warranty Information
Our climate controls are rebuilt with new, better than OEM materials. We stand behind our work place a 5-year warranty on the repairs performed. A warranty sticker is placed on the unit at the time of repair. If the warranty sticker is removed or torn, then warranty will then be void. Warranty can not be kept on vehicles involved in a flood. Warranty stays with original purchaser.

SHIPPING:
Ship your climate control to us along with our customer information form. Our shipping address is located at the bottom of the form.
DROP OFF OPTION:
You may drop your cluster off for repair at our location. Please contact us prior to dropping off your item for repair.
All items dropped off will be ready within 1-3 days for pick up. Same day service is available for an additional $50 if dropped off before noon and must be scheduled in advance.

A: No, there is no programming required.
Q: How do I send in a unit for repair?
A: Purchase the repair service you are requesting on our website. Then, print a copy of your order and send it in with the cluster to the address stated on our site. This information is also found under the “Instructions” tab on our main menu.
Q: When do I pay for the repair?
A: You can prepay on the website with PayPal or a credit card or you can send the climate control in with your information and we will contact you for a credit card after the repairs have been performed.
